What is CDSCO Form CT-07B?

• Once approved, the registration is valid for five years.

• Existing Users: Log in to the SUGAM Portal, request an additional role as “Clinical Research Organisation” from your user profile, and ensure your profile is complete to enable form submission.

• Submission Details: After logging in, navigate to the “Submit Application” page, select the “GCT Division” as the department, and choose “Form CT07B” as the form. Provide necessary details such as the purpose of application (registration or renewal), correspondence address, and accreditation information.​

• Registration Fee: A fee of ₹5,00,000 is applicable for the registration process. ​
